¡Gran fin de semana en el Stage de Verano! Great weekend at the Summer Stage!

Ha sido un gran fin de semana para nuestros jugadores del Stage. El sábado por la mañana entrenaron los jugadores del Stage, entrenaron más duro que nunca ya que por la tarde tenían torneo. Todos estaban deseando conocer el cuadro para ver con quien jugaban. Pasaron toda la tarde compitiendo entre ellos y sobre las 7 se jugaron las 3 finales que se vivieron con mucha intensidad.

Ayer, domingo, nuestros jugadores como cada domingo de mitad de quincena se fueron a Aquopolis. Allí disfrutaron muchísimo y las fotos lo demuestran. Allí desconectaron de la academia y renovaron energías para empezar con energía la nueva semana.

Last weekend was a wonderful weekend for our players of the Summer Stage. Saturday morning, they trained as everyday but they did harder because they wanted to win the tournament they were going to play in the afternoon. After having lunch, all of them wanted to know the draw of the tournament. They spent all the afternoon playing and competing among them and about 7 p.m.  the finals were playing. They were living with a lot of intensity.

Yesterday, Sunday, our players, as always, they went to Aquopolis. They enjoyed a lot and the photos show it. There, they relaxed and recovered energies to start the new week.

Feliz cumpleaños // Happy birthday

Como de costumbre siempre que nos enteramos que es el cumple de alguno de nuestros jugadores del Stage, intentamos preparar una fiesta sorpresa para celebrar su cumpleaños, y ayer cumplió años uno de nuestros jugadores Philipp Ermonin que lleva con nosotros desde la primera quincena.  Se llevó una gran sorpresa cuando llegó al stage de verano y vio a todos los jugadores y personal del stage de verano cantándole el cumpleaños feliz, se quedó sin palabra y en su cara se dibujaba una gran sonrisa de agradecimiento.

Y el torneo de futbolín continúa y hoy se juega la final. Las dos parejas que han llegado a la final juegan muy bien por lo que esperamos una final muy reñida. ¡Qué gane el mejor!

As usually, when we know that is the birthday of one of our players of the Summer Stage, we try to celebrate it and give him a surprise party. Yesterday was the birthday of Philipp Ermonin who has been at the Summer Stage since the first fortnight. He was really surprised when he arrived to the Stage and saw all the players and staff of the Summer Stage singing the “Happy Birthday”. He was speechless but he had a great smile all the time.

The table football tournament continues and today is the final. The finalists play really well, so we hope a fought final. Victory for the best one!

Momentos para recordar // Moments to remember

El día de ayer fue un día que todos nuestros jugadores recordarán durante toda su vida ya que como cada quincena, no solo tuvieron la oportunidad de conocer a Juan Carlos Ferrero sino que también pudieron conocer a Nicolás Almagro, dos grandes del tenis español. 

Siempre intentamos que los jugadores tengan la oportunidad de conocerlos y puedan resolver algunas de sus dudas con ellos aunque a veces es difícil debido a la apretada agenda de ambos.

Los jugadores han podido disfrutar de ellos durante un rato y se han hecho fotos con ellos.

Además de conocer a Juan Carlos y a Nico, después de los entrenamientos los jugadores han seguido con el torneo de futbolín, hay mucha competitividad entre ellos ya que todos quieren ganar. Y después de cenar los niños hicieron un taller de globoflexia donde no solo los niños disfrutaron sino que también los entrenadores.

Yesterday was a day which our players will remember all their life. As every fortnight, they had the opportunity of knowing Juan Carlos Ferrero and Nicolás Almagro, two great players of the Spanish tennis.

We always try that our players can meet them and both can solve our players’ doubts although sometimes it is difficult because they have a tight schedule. The players took some photos with them and enjoy a lot.

Furthermore of meeting Juan Carlos and Nico, after training they continued with the table football tournament, they are really competitive because all of them want to win. After having dinner the players made a workshop of globoflexia where not only the players enjoyed but also the coaches enjoyed it.

PRIMER DÍA DE ENTRENAMIENTO // FIRST DAY OF TRAININGS

Ayer fue el primer día de entrenamiento para nuestros jugadores y no fue fácil para ellos ya que muchos de ellos no están acostumbrados a entrenar tantas horas. Los entrenadores les pasaron unas pruebas tanto de tenis como de físico para comprobar su nivel y así poder poner a cada jugador en el nivel que le corresponde.

A pesar del cansancio y del calor, los jugadores disfrutaron de su primer día. Han empezado a establecer nuevas amistades y a conocer a sus entrenadores que serán más que eso durante estos días ya que la academia JCFerrero-Equelite es una gran familia.

Por la noche nuestros jugadores disfrutaron de la animación que empezó con un torneo de futbolín antes de cenar y se va a jugar durante varios días, os iremos informando de los partidos. Después de cenar los niños jugaron al frisbee en el campo de fútbol y se lo pasaron genial.

¡Fue un primer día inolvidable! ¡Seguid así!

Yesterday was the first day of training for our players and it wasn’t an easy task for them because most of them aren’t used to training so much time. The coaches tested the players, both tennis and fitness, to check their level and thus, we could put each player in a group according to their level.

In spite of the tiredness and the hot, the players enjoyed a lot their first day. They have started making new friends and knowing their coaches who won’t be just coaches during this fortnight since the academy JCFerrero-Equelite is a great family.

In the evening, our players enjoyed the animation. Yesterday started a table football tournament before having dinner, it is going to be played during this week; we will inform you about the results. After dinner, the players played Frisbee at the football field and they had a lot of fun.

It was an unforgettable day! Keep working!

COMIENZA LA 3ª QUINCENA DEL STAGE DE VERANO // THE THIRD FORTNIGHT OF SUMMER STAGE STARTS

Ayer comenzó la tercera quincena del Stage y conocimos a todos los nuevos jugadores que van a estar con nosotros durante dos semanas.  Por la mañana fueron llegando todos ellos y empezaron a conocerse, primera toma de contacto con la academia, que para ellos es un mundo por conocer.  Cabe destacar que esta quincena tenemos en la academia a Vasilisa Polunova una de las ganadoras de una estancia de dos semanas en la academia.

Por la tarde, los jugadores tuvieron una reunión donde conocieron a todo el personal del Stage de Verano y se les explicó la rutina diaria, normas de la academia… todos estaban muy atentos y después de la reunión todos se fueron a cenar.

Como cada noche nuestros jugadores disfrutaron de la animación y sobre todo de la final del mundial.

Yesterday started the third fortnight of the Summer Stage and we knew our new players who are going to stay with us during these two week. In the morning they arrived and started knowing each other. It was the first contact with the academy it is a new world for all of them. We have to highlight that this fortnight Vasilisa Polunova who is the winner of one of the stays for two weeks at the Summer Stage is at the academy.

In the afternoon, the players had a meeting, they knew all the staff of the Summer Stage and were explained how the academy works, all of them paid a lot of attention and after the meeting they went to have dinner.

And as every evening our players enjoyed of the animation and especially of the Football World Cup!
